Multi Room Suite on Little Bear Lake - Fun place to stay! The suite is attached to main house but has private entrance. 1/2 bath in Master BR. A Separate Full Luxury Bath w High Flow Therapy Shower provides Spa quality relief from a tough day! Master has King and hideabed, smart tv w Hulu. HEPA air filtrate removes viruses. Wireless internet. Kitchenette has tv, microwave, hot water kettle, coffee pot, toaster oven, charcoal grill (outside), frig/freezer w water, tea, wine & snacks. Walk into fenced-in courtyard with table and chairs. Private entry into Kitchenette with comfy sectional and wheeled table and chairs, leather recliner and smaller TV, great for watching news and having morning coffee. Master opens to covered porch with lake view, great for lake sunsets. 2 relaxing swings seat up to 4 and provide a nice view of the pool. Suite has King Bed and Hide a bed in the same room. Works for a family with 2 kids but not really suitable for 4 adults. Pool is an unheated dynamic Therapy Pool for Knee and Hip recovery. Raised edge and continuous steps allow for easy access . A current allows training effect and full range of joint motion with out gravity and balance concerns. The pool is not heated and is shared with main house. There is a very large floating dock with a gazebo, table for 6 and 2 lounge chairs. 2 Mountain Bikes, Kayak are available. Little Bear Lake has very high water quality and great bass fishing. They like purple worms! There is a Fire Pit, we provide firewood. Observation aquarium on dock. Suite is attached to main house. NO SMOKING OR PETS ON PROPERTY Guests have access to the entire apartment and designated porch area, swings, back yard, pool, dock and lake, parking area in front of the Suite. In over 20 + years I've seen 1 -2' gator which was immediately removed by the hunter neighbors. Suite has King Bed and Hide a bed in the same room. Row of Lake front homes on a busy road in an affluent area. 1 Block from Convenience and CVS drugstore. 1/8th mile to Bike Path then 1 mile to shopping center with Cosco, WinDixie, Walmart, Panera, Greek, Cuban, Pizza, Subway, McDonalds, Mexican, Back Yard Burgers (these are great!) seafood, BBQ , and oh, if you dare theres a Golden Corral! Many other choices nearby. It's only 1/4 mile to the 414 highway to the 429 beltway, 30 minutes to Disney and Universal. Orlando is 10 minutes, Daytona and New Smyrna Beach 1 hour door to door. Kennedy Space Center 1.5 hrs. 1 mile to Ice Skate or watch-play Hockey at the De Voss Sports Plex- Ice Den. Free Skating Sat and Sunday at 1-3 PM. Amazingly fun Wekiva State Park 3 miles, canoeing, volley ball and swimming in a Park Restaurant Bar atmosphere on the Wekiva River. 2 Mountain Bikes and Adjacent a new Paved Bike Path that joins you to the 35 mile West Orange Trail and other bike trails in Seminole and Orange Counties. Lynx Bus travels all over the region and links to Rail and Orlando International Airport. Stations within .25 miles walk. I-4 - 3miles East, 414 Tollway West to beltway 1/4 mile. YES! Well there's Astro, our Great Dane. He's the Black Force and is quite a spectacle in the Back Yard. If he scares you or your friends we can keep him away from you during your stay. He's a friendly goofy dog. We took Astro when his mother died giving birth. He's a sweet 140 pound orphan. I work hard too keep the back yard poop free.
