The space The large Master bedroom has it's own spa like bathroom and walk in closet. This home is in a new subdivision and is walking distance to the beach and the main town road of restaurants and amenities. Enjoy your Crystal Beach vacation with less than a 10 minute walk to the Bay Beach entrance and a 3 minute walk from Crystal Beach Waterfront Park. This 1800 square foot house offers all of the amenities from home including a fully equipped kitchen, all new stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher), washer/dryer, central air, unlimited Wifi, Bell Fibe television and a propane BBQ. Comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests (max 6 adults) as well as providing a separate office space for travelling workers. Bed and bath layout is as follows: Upper Level Bedroom 1 – Queen bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 2 – Queen bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 3 – Twin bunk over double bunk (sleeps 3) Full bath and a master bath Main floor Office Living Room - Pull out double sleeper sofa Half bath Town of Fort Erie Licence No: STR-000046 This is a great home if you are in between real estate transactions or here on work assignment and require furnished accommodation for a few months in the off season. This home is best enjoyed by traveling families and we do not make considerations for large group of young adults. Other things to note Upon confirming your booking, you will be emailed a rental agreement for review and signature. Highlights of the agreement include: - We respectfully ask that you treat our home with respect and consider it as your home away from home and remain considerate of the neighbours always. - Our cottage is in a residential area and local bylaws require quiet between the hours of 11pm to 8am. - The Renter whose name the reservation is made is responsible for the conduct of all those using or occupying the vacation property and/or its grounds throughout the duration of their stay. - When you are not in the house and upon final departure, guests must close and lock all windows and doors. In addition, upon final departure, the Renter must ensure that all food and beverages are removed from the rental property including cabinets, refrigerators and freezers. Failure to remove these items may result in additional cleaning fees - Renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the rental property caused by them or as a result of their negligence or caused by or as a result of negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their stay. - Smoking is not permitted inside - The BBQ is available for your use seasonally (May-October) and runs on propane. Please do not move the BBQ to another location on the property and please always double check to make sure it is turned off after every use. - Please note that absolutely no other items other than bathroom tissue are to be flushed down the toilet. ANYTHING other than bathroom tissue should be placed in the garbage. Any misuse could result in plumbing issues and service calls or repairs will be charged back to the client.
