Our cleaning protocol has been formulated on the guidelines produced by the Vacation Rental Management Association and based on publicly available information from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Before your arrival, our professional cleaning service is disinfecting with enhanced cleaning practices all contact areas which includes hard surfaces, utensils, kitchen ware, floors, linens, appliances, furniture, bathrooms and more. The Company is trained on how to properly use cleaning, disinfecting, and chemical products (e.g. germicides) and on safe waste disposal and will use fit-for-purpose PPE during the cleaning process and disposed properly. We are allowing a minimum of 24 hours between bookings. It is expected that the guest will follow all current local and CDC guidelines for infection control while using the property.
