A fully furnished kitchen with a large island will allow for easy meal preparation and a convenient wine fridge will keep your refreshments cool. The kitchen is furnished with top of the line S/S appliances including a gas cook-top, built in wall oven, convection/microwave oven, dishwasher and large refrigerator with ice-maker and water dispenser. It is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, cutlery, toaster, coffee maker, hand mixer, pots & pans, dish soap, and garbage bags. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a huge walk-in closet and separate door to patio and pool. The master bath has double sinks, a sunken tub and separate walk in shower with three separate shower heads. Queen size beds are available in in two other bedrooms, and a final special bedroom boasts a beautiful hand painted mural on the wall with a double/single bunk bed combo; this room will appeal to younger guests. Two bathrooms serve these rooms, one which is a full bathroom which includes a double sink and shower. A relaxing living room features three large picture windows that look out onto the backyard and onto the golf course beyond. Depending on the time of year, sunsets are spectacular as the sun sinks into the horizon framed by the hills beyond. A full size dining room table will enable comfortable family meals in the evenings. Pool Heating (during winter months) is optional. Guest access For your entertainment pleasure, the family room has an oversized sectional to relax on while watching the 55’ LCD TV with basic cable access. The front and the master bedroom also have large flat-screen TVs. The Roku players on the TVs within the house allow you to log onto your own streaming services to watch streaming content. Attach your iPhone/iPod/iPad to the stereo receiver and enjoy your music throughout the house and on the enclosed patio through ceiling-mounted speakers. Free WiFi internet access is available throughout the house.
