Welcome to Solitude Blue Ridge, a luxurious mountain sanctuary nestled in 5.5 acres of pristine forest. Our authentic log-sided cabin features knotty pine interiors and solid wood plank floors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere across three distinct levels and providing lots of private spaces for your entire group. Perfect for families, friends and couples who value quiet and privacy and a love for the outdoors. The space What makes Solitude special? We are a large private property on 5.5 acres so you won't see any neighbors or be crowded by other vacationers. Our front deck is covered so you can stay dry in any weather and out of the sun most of the day. The entire grounds are walk-able and safe! You are not perched precariously on a steep edge with no usable outdoor space. Solitude is 2420 square feet in size so it is larger than most 3/3 and provides privacy on 3 separate levels. This is our family vacation cabin so it is well equipped and maintained in every way. Situated at 2100 ft. elevation so you get an amazing layered mountain view with spectacular sunrises and you don't have to drive difficult or treacherous roads to enjoy them. Underground utilities mean zero power lines around the cabin or spoiling the mountain view! You will be close to town, trails and tubing but actually based in the mountains in a real, modern cabin. Most importantly, you are dealing with the owners, not a difficult management company. Our Cabin..... SLEEPING SPACES (Sleeps 8) Upper Level Primary: King bed with 4k TV and private en suite bathroom. Upper level Loft: XL Twin bed in the "Bears Den". Main Level Bedroom: Queen bed with an adjacent full bathroom. Lower Level Bedroom: Queen bed with an adjacent full bathroom. Lower Level Living Area: Queen pullout sofa bed. LIVING SPACES Great room: Features a cozy gas fireplace and a 4k TV. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Stocked with cooking oil, spices, 2 ice makers, and 4 types of coffeemakers (drip, Keurig, French press, pour-over). Game Room: The lower terrace level boasts a huge game room with its own gas fireplace, a full-sized pool table, a 4k TV, a PlayStation 4, and a large collection of family games and puzzles. We even have a special Solitude activity book for kids (and grown ups!) OUTDOOR LIVING HOT TUB: A 7-person bromine hot tub for ultimate relaxation. Custom spa towels are provided for guest use. WRAP-AROUND DECKS furnished with beautiful log rocking chairs and gliders to enjoy sunrises over the mountains. GAS GRILL: A 4-burner grill is connected directly to our gas line so you never have to worry about tanks. FIRE PIT: Gather around the fire pit with free firewood, fire starter and s'mores supplies. Gas fireplaces are not operational until approximately October 1. The cabin and hot tub are professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay. We use bromine, not chlorine. ***Booking this cabin acknowledges the following house rules*** Booking guest must be at least age 25 and must be present for the duration of the rental. No pets allowed. No smoking inside or on decks. No parties. No fireworks. No unapproved guests or more than the 8 capacity limit. You will be asked to fill out a registration form so we know who you are (Airbnb does not provide this information to hosts). If you have any questions please ask before booking! We are experienced, local hosts with knowledge of the best places to dine and things to see. We are happy to assist! This cabin is fully licensed in Fannin County Georgia. Lodging Certificate #STR-059750. Licensed properties are required to display their certificate number in their listing. Guest access You should NOT require a 4 wheel drive vehicle to access Solitude unless there is rare snow. Guests will have private access to the entire cabin and the surrounding 5.5 acres of property. Check-in is seamless and contact-free via an electronic door code, which will be provided along with driving directions the day before your arrival. There is ample private parking in the driveway for 3-4 vehicles. Other things to note Contact free check-in. Limited check out chores. Garbage should be secured in the outdoor bins, used towels dropped in the tub and the dishwasher turned on.
