Spacious Accommodations With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the cabin comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests: • Main Level: King master suite with en-suite bathroom plus a convenient half bath. • Loft Level: Open loft with a queen bedroom and full bath. • Lower Level (newly finished): Cozy living area, full bath, a king guest room, and a bunk room featuring two twin-over-double bunk beds—perfect for kids or groups. Outside Deck Fireplace: PLEASE NOTE: The outdoor fireplace is out of order at the time. 9/1/25 Guest access This is a complete home on its own land with NO homeowner on-premise to disturb you or your privacy. NO shared yards, patios, or other areas! Not an apartment, duplex, guest house, or tiny house but an entire home just for you! Guest will have access to the entire property. Other things to note You are reserving a luxury vacation cabin with Pristine Vacation Rentals, the top vacation rental company in the area with 100% customer satisfaction and five star reviews across the board from Airbnb, VRBO, Flipkey etc… A few things to take note of: Per the North Carolina Real Estate Commission all tenants must sign a North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement. Please understand that by reserving a property with us you are agreeing to send us a good contact email so that we can and add your reservation to our direct software and so that you can login to our guest extranet and electronically sign the Vacation Rental Agreement. A few days prior to your arrival you will receive the cabins address, check-in/check-out instructions, door entry codes, wifi codes, house and property information as well as local suggestions of things to experience. If you reserved the property directly from our website you will receive this information in an email. You reserved the property through a third party platform such as Airbnb or VRBO. They will provide you with this information. When reserved through Airbnb the information will be under the trips tab five days prior to your arrival. If you reserved through VRBO the information will be sent to you in the the message thread where you booked the property and received your reservation confirmation message. Please respect the neighbors and clean up after yourselves. GUESTS ARE EMAILED CODE TO ACCESS, DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROPERTY. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, NO OFFICE VISIT TO PICK UP KEYS! IF THE CABIN YOU ARE RESERVING ALLOWS PETS: Pet fees are extra and NONREFUNDABLE The pet fee $100 is per pet per stay or $109.75 with taxes included. i.e. Any length stays with two dogs equals two pet fees plus taxes which is $219.50. Maximum of TWO dogs!! More than two dogs constitutes prior approval by the homeowner and Pristine Vacation Rentals. DOGS ONLY allowed! No cats, bunnies, birds, or any other animals allowed unless approved by homeowner and Pristine Vacation Rentals. The following essentials will be provided for you to START your stay. We do not provide essential for your entire stay. This is just to start you off:

*1 small Laundry Detergent *1 Full Propane tank for gas grills and one for the gas fire pit (If applicable). Also feel free to use any of the spices, sugar, creamers etc… that are generally stocked in the fully equipped kitchen. This is a SMOKE FREE environment! Please don't smoke in the cabin. If you choose to smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts. PHONE SERVICE: Cell phone reception is generally good, but it can be spotty at times. We are in the mountains. CHILDREN: This house is not child-proofed for young children. There are also no accommodations for babies. SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired. FIRES: Guests are welcome to use the fire pit year-round. However, we do not provide firewood. You can purchase this at many of the local convenience stations, local grocery stores or Walmart. It's generally around $5 per bundle. NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts properly. GARBAGE: Guest are allowed to leave two (13 gallon trash bags) for free upon their departure. Any other trash must be disposed of at the local convenience center. If you choose not to take your garbage and leave more than two bags then there is a required trash fee of $25-$35 that is to be collected depending on the number of bags you leave at the property. **Please do not leave any loose un-bagged trash in any of the indoor or outdoor garbage cans. LONG TERM RENTALS: Please send an inquiry for details. WEATHER: If you would like to know of the upcoming forecast for the local area please feel free to ask and I’ll be happy to provide you with details. Fire Place Gas logs are unavailable in the summer months between May 31st - October 1st.
