Our home is the perfect place to escape and relax! Southwest facing 2bd, 1.5 bath home is perched on a unique private point on Trincomali Channel in the Southern Gulf Islands - sunset 365 days per year, suntan on the daybed, eat oceanside, swim off the pier, take an outdoor shower or bath at the boathouse, watch whales and eagles, or just relax in the living room reading & staring at the ocean. Large kitchen with sunroom, living room w/ fireplace, dining area, master w/ king, spare w/ queen + 1/2 bath, and a large bathroom w/ tile shower and heated floors. Large patios on both sides of the home, front with BBQ, and back overhanging the ocean with dining & daybed. The boathouse is converted into a boho style room with roll-up glass door, outdoor shower + clawfoot tub and lounging area. Perfect for workouts, yoga, meditation, or just relaxing and watching the waves roll in. Pets are not permitted, sorry. Swimming is great at the cabin. It is rocky, not sand. There is a ladder off the side of the pier. Water shoes are nice to have! The property is our second home so please expect our personal possessions in the home. You are welcome to anything you forget (pantry, spices, etc). The property is at the North end of Galiano Island and is 2 acres with lots of privacy. 15-minute drive to town where there are markets, dining, cafes, marinas, and more. Cafe 1 minute away called Pink Geranium. Hiking nearby and a restaurant at Bodega Ridge Resort is only a 15-minute walk away. Many amazing hikes & beaches on the island, as Steve for recommendations. Galiano Island requires a BC Ferries trip from Vancouver or Victoria, or a float plane. Having a vehicle on the Island is needed. No taxis or rental cars. Any additional questions please reach out.
