The space Secluded location that backs up to the reservation forest. The 3/4 acre fenced in lot boast lots of pine trees, a kids play house and a designated area for a friendly game of horse shoes. The house is just over 2100 sqft, and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that'll comfortably sleep 8. There's a large wrap around back patio deck with a built hot tub spa that's comes in handy after a long day at the slopes. The spa is serviced weekly. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house except for the garage and the master closet in the back master suite. Other things to note There's a $50 pet fee per dog, maximum is 3 dogs. There’s also a $100 pet security fee. If you keep your pets off of all furniture and you pick up, bag and properly dispose of your pets waste you’ll get your $100 pet security fee back.
