Yellow-wood Suite (cozy little suite w/spa bathrm)

Come stay with us at our ‘Farmstead’ in town - Yellow-Wood is 1 of 3 private suites in this 1927mail order Bungalow (we think it's a Sears one!) only a few walkable blocks away from downtown. Completely updated with all the 'modern' conveniences, but still keeping that rustic/elegant look of the Hill Country. Front porch for 'relaxi'n/sipping', Landscaped yard, private parking lot, private patio with comfy seating, umbrellas and fans. So sorry, but we are not set up for children or pets. The space Our Yellow-wood suite has a little of the 'past' in its cozy studio setting. "Lshaped' front porch, comfy furniture to enjoy while having your morning coffee or evening beverage, while watching the deer cross the yard! Private entrance to suite and access to our "Common Area' (which has a large living room, kitchenette with full size fridge and DW, 1/2 bath,W/D room that has al supplies furnished for your use). The studio suite itself 'sports' a romantic queen poster bed with luxury linens, 2 recliners, electric fireplace, ceiling fan, plus table fans on each side of the bed. Enclosed kitchenette with microwave, dishes, silverware, all sorts of 'continental breakfast' goodies - small fridge, kcup coffee pot (with all types/flavors pods), coffee press, tea kettle, toaster, blender, wine glasses, etc. The large bathroom has a custom, walk-in, tiled spa type shower, with body jets, waterfall/rain shower head, grab bars and shower seat --- lighted make-up area with bench --- chair height toilet with grab bars --- wall fan --- plus, wardrobe closet. Guest access Large private parking lot - we would rather our guests not park in the street. Each suite has their own private entrance and each has access to a very nice covered front porch/sitting area for morning coffee or evening relaxation! During your stay We are always available to our guests - we like to show you the property when you first arrive, but self check-in is also available. Guests are more than welcome to call/text us at any time. We do live on the property, but our suites are in a complete different building. Other things to note if Please note, our BnB is on a corner, sometimes it can be a little noisier with traffic, but when inside you can barely hear it. Kerrville is a great base for motorcyclists, bicyclists and old car enthusiast - Texas Highway 39 hugs the Upper Guadalupe River, we are not actually on TX 39 BUT can serve as a great staging point for the rest of the Hill Country, no matter which direction you choose to go! We are close to Bandera, Leaky, Lost Maples State Park, Medina, Comfort, Ingram, Hunt, Fredericksburg, Luckenbach, Sisterdale, Boerne, the 'Three Twisted Sisters', etc. You could even go on a day tour of the nearby wineries, breweries and distilleries - a limo could even pick you up and drop you off right at our door, if you like. Come back, relax under the covered porch with your favoriate beverage
