We have all the amenities you will need to go to our local Beaches. Our Villa is located a twenty minute drive to Ft Myers Beach and twenty five minutes to Sanibel Beach. Very quiet neighborhood with limited traffic on our street. Great restaurants within blocks for all your dining needs. The space Our home is well laid out with the open concept kitchen/dining area in a separate wing from the bedroom/bath area. We have a large Florida room that includes an enclosed laundry area and is great for hanging out and watching TV...it leads directly out to the lanai and pool area. The lanai features a dining area, a heated pool that is spacious and relaxing and a hot tub that provides a great place to soak and watch the boats in the canal go by. All inspired by the home’s mid-century design with small touches of the era throughout. Guest access Our home is a stand alone property. Guests have exclusive use of the laundry room, pool and hot tub area and dock. Other things to note There is an additional fee of $300 per pet if you plan to bring your furry friend. Please notify us in advance of your stay if your per will be joining you! If you are bringing a boat and would like to park a trailer on our property, there is an additional $50 fee.
