Summer Paradise in the Berkshires! Secluded home on 11 acres, quiet country road surrounded by farmland. Perfect house for families to share! Enjoy beautiful view of Berkshire mountains while sitting out on expansive deck or in the bright & sunny screened-in sunroom. Heated, 20x40 inground salt water pool. Property crosses Corkscrew Rail trail, 5 miles of flat, wooded trail perfect for biking, walking, running, exploring. Close to all the Berkshires has to offer! 15 mins to Jiminy Peak! Open and bright two story home. The first floor comprise the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi soaking tub. A "kids" bedroom with two bunk beds (Twin over Full/ Twin over Twin), a bunk room with a twin over twin bed, and a full bathroom. The living, kitchen, and dining rooms, pantry with washer and dryer, and sunroom complete the first floor. The lower level consists of a large family room with large screen HD TV, pool table, fooz ball table, dart board and 2 ensuite bedrooms. Two BR's one with Queen Bed, opening up to back yard via sliding doors (amazing view) the other with Queen Bed and Twin trundle bed (sleeps 2). Sauna in this bathroom. Attached garage. The pool is surrounded by large patio with dining table and chairs, and lounge chairs. Enjoy the large backyard playing corn hole, horseshoes, badminton, volleyball, pug soccer goals, baseball, etc. We are open to a pet, however they must be pre-approved by the owners. If there is a pet on premises without approval you may be asked to vacate or pay an additional fee. entire house and yard We will be reachable by phone and will have someone you can call if there are problems The house is located about 10 mins from Jiminy Peak, 20 mins to Tanglewood/Lenox, 15mins to Stockbridge. Queechy Lake is a 10min drive -sandy beach and access to swim and use non-motorized boats. Easy access to town that has convenience store, dollar store, Stewart's convenience store. Restaurants include pizza restaurant, Italian restaurant, Pub, coffee shop, and Brewery. Easy access to the Mass Pike and the Taconic State Parkway. Many hiking trails, farmers markets, swimming, etc. For rentals post-Labor Day weekend during the month of September: If you would like to use the pool, there will be an extra charge to keep the pool maintained and heated. Please let us know if you are interested and we can discuss the details. Pool is closed in October and reopens at some point in May ( weather dependent) Also, the house comfortably sleeps 10 guests comfortably. For holiday weekends (Thanksgiving / Christmas/New Years) a Saturday night stay is required.
