Guest Access Guests have access to the entire house and property, with the exception of the utility room and garage. Additional Fees & Requirements Guest Policy ✔ Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. ✔ Please include every member of your party, including children, on the reservation. ✔ Only registered guests are permitted on the property. ✔ No unregistered visitors or guests of guests are allowed. ✔ This policy is strictly enforced and violations may result in additional charges and/or termination of the reservation without refund. Age Requirement ✔ Guests should be 25 or older, unless children are staying with their parent or legal guardian. Check-In & Check-Out ✔ Check-in: 4:00 PM ✔ Check-out: 10:00 AM ✔ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Available upon request, pending availability. Each is offered for a $60 fee and must be arranged in advance. ✔ Late Check-Out: Check-out is at 10:00 AM unless a late check-out has been approved in advance. Any unauthorized late check-out will incur a fee equal to one full night’s stay, with a minimum charge of $300, regardless of how late the guest departs. Rental Agreement and ID verification A signed rental agreement and a valid ID upload through DocuSign is required before your stay. Guests are also required to review and follow our House Rules. Seasonal Property Services Summer: A professional mowing service is scheduled throughout the summer. They may arrive during your stay, and service typically takes up to one hour. Winter: Snow plowing service may arrive during your stay when snowfall exceeds 2 inches. Hot Water For larger groups, hot water may occasionally run low. It reheats quickly, and staggering showers and keeping them brief helps ensure everyone has a comfortable experience.
