You will be close to 17th Street Causeway providing world class views of Fort Lauderdale's intracoastal waterways. Ubers are never far away and you can't get any closer to the airport and the cruise port. The space 3 story townhouse with 3 ½ bathrooms. Better than paying for 3 hotel rooms! Each beautiful bedroom has its own private bathroom. Flat screen TVs and Wifi in every room. Fully stocked with beach towels and board games to keep the whole family entertained! From hairdryers to extra toothbrushes, we’ve got you covered. Set up with all of the comforts of a hotel, and then some! Stay for a day or stay for a month. Our home is your home J First floor: living room, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, ½ bathroom, small completely fenced in back patio with turf grass. Second floor: Master bedroom with King sized bed, en-suite Master bathroom with separate tub and walk-in shower, Guest bedroom with King sized bed, Guest bathroom with shower/tub. Third floor: HUGE open but private loft with 2 King sized beds, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, workstation, large terrace with outdoor sofa and city views Guest access We love parties just as much as everyone but unfortunately, our townhouse is just not suited for parties. We want to be respectful of our neighbors and our "NO PARTIES!" rule is a strict one. Being so close to downtown, there is limited parking and various ordinances with regard to noise, etc. that we need to abide by. We want our guests to have fun and enjoy themselves but if you are looking for a house to throw a party, this is not the place.
