Rain-Beau On The Falls!

Welcome to the Rain-Beau By The Falls home! The home is a side by side town house with its own private patio, private entrance, and private parking for one car. The home is within walking distance (under 15 min) of the astonishing Falls & (10 mins walk) Seneca Niagara Casino & 2 min walk to The Aquarium, and popular Gorge and hiking trails. Less than 10 min walk to Rainbow Bridge to Canada. Also, within a short drive, you will find the charming Village of Lewiston-(Artpark- concerts/art). The space The house is entered via key in the lockbox. First floor has the living room (couch with a pull out double bed) and t.v. There is a step up into the kitchen. Kitchen has access to the stove, microwave, small fridge (another fridge in basement as well), coffee machine, toaster oven, cooking utensils, plates, cups, etc. Basement has washer and dryer access. Staircase leads up to 2nd floor which has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a bathroom with tub/shower combination. Outside the home features a small patio/fenced in area with access to a grill as well as seating area/table (weather dependent). Guest access Guest will have the home for themselves during their stay. Other things to note No smoking allowed, no parties or visitors welcomed at all. Check in time is anytime after 3:30p and checkout time is by 11a.
