Calming sounds of the waterfall and views of Mill Creek nature 7 minutes from Sight & Sound. Located along a convenient and busy road close to all things Lancaster, this home is truly a getaway in the backyard. The inside, furnished by our neighboring Olde Mill House Shoppes has a modern kitchen and amenities boast comfort and convenience. Stairs are a must in this old home, with 2 bedrooms (1 overlooking the falls & one having 2 queen beds) and a full bath are upstairs. Dogs ok with messaging. The space An epic view from the kitchen of the falls, a great dining room and large and comfy living room with a Smart TV (cable included), couch and two accent chairs makeup the 1st floor layout. Two spacious bedrooms with a total of 3 queen beds and 1 full bathroom are located upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs. Our favorite bedroom allows you to wake up to the sunrise over the waterfall and a view down Mill Creek that is priceless. No smoking/vaping allowed Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. The adjoining backyard of the 1860s Waterfall Retreat may be available for use; please message to inquire for permission prior to use. Other things to note This old home comes with some quirks, and there is a slanted ceiling in the bathroom. It is not well suited for folks with mobility limitations or young children that do not stop when you say No or Stop. The modern dangers of a busy road and natural dangers of the creek, mean you must be responsible for the children in your party (young and old alike :). The property does have an outdoor video camera and no other cameras on the property.
