Welcome to Paddlers’ Pass at Mimosa Riverside Ranch! This completely renovated, beautifully decorated cabin at on the Elk River in Noel, MO has everything you’ll need for your next vacation, or staycation. The cabin is an approx. 1,000 sq. ft., fully furnished vacation home with four sliding glass doors leading out to the large deck, overlooking the Elk River. The space The kitchen area is well-stocked with kitchen essentials, a dining table, and brand new appliances. The open living room is comfortable, with a great view of the river across the deck, a flat screen TV, a couch, and a queen size sleeper sofa. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite sides of the living room and kitchen, so they are nice and private. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, in-suite bathroom, flat screen TV, and private access to the deck. The spare bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed, flat screen TV, large closet, and private access to the back deck. The bathrooms are well sized, well-appointed, and immaculately kept, with bath and beach towels available. About Mimosa Riverside Ranch: Mimosa Riverside Ranch is a privately owned, secluded, 15 acre property in Noel, Missouri. Paddlers’ Pass is located next door to The Farmhouse and both homes can be rented either together, or separately. Don’t hesitate to rent separately, as there is plenty of room to wonder and play, and never have to see your neighbors. Mimosa Riverside Ranch is event/party friendly too.
