Family Cozy Clear Lake Cottage

This cottage feels like "Fun" from the moment you walk in the door. One of the first things you'll notice is that you are sure to be relieved from the stresses of your daily life. Relax in the screened in porch, take your boat out for a spin around the lake, and enjoy a memorable stay at this cozy cottage. Look forward to firing up the gas grill for cookouts in the fresh air or roast s'mores over the fire pit. This is a beautiful cottage with lake access. The space After a busy day out on the water you will enjoy creating a delicious meal in the spacious kitchen, fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare your favorite meals. 3 inviting bedrooms with comfy full size beds for a peaceful slumber. Each room has a closet and a dresser. Two pull out sofa's offer additional sleeping space. We have a full size bathroom and a very small second bathroom. Clear Lake is perfect for fishermen and boaters alike. We are an all sports lake great for sailing, tubing, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boating, paddle boarding, fishing & swimming. The kids will LOVE the sandy beach and swim area at the island. Come and relax, for an additional fee a boat lift is available for a speed boat and a boat lift is available for a pontoon. We are on a shared dock with 16 other boats. Cast your line provided you have an Indiana Fishing License on our shared dock, play in the sand at the island or at the public beach, or go for a swim off the end of the dock! Our dock offers a gorgeous sunrise and sunset view. We are approximately 50 yards from the lake front. Easy access to US 80/90 and I-69. This lake has a DNR free public access site, and a local launch for pay. Clear Lake Marina has ski boats, pontoons and jet skis available to rent. Nearby golf, wineries, shopping, antiquing, and quality restaurants. The shared dock that we are on going normally goes in the third Saturday of May and comes out the third Saturday of September. We are told the wifi service is very poor all the way around the lake. We have tried Frontier and currently have Mediacom. We are trying everything we can to provide the best wifi service we can get but there are times we have very poor service. Guest access Entire cottage, yard and dock Other things to note We prefer to book Saturday to Saturday for $1350 per week, July $1450 per week. Fourth of July week is $1650. We will book a weekend if the week is not booked 7 days in advance of the weekend you are interested in. We just can't afford to loose a whole weeks rent for a weekend. Before Memorial Day and After Labor Day in September and in October weekends are welcome Sorry No Pets
