There is both a regular coffee pot and a Keruig. Trash bags, dish soap, and paper towels are provided. -The two bedrooms with queen beds have smart TV's as well as the smart TV in the living room. -Fiber optic internet is provided. -The ottoman in the living are pulls out to make a twin bed. -We have an outdoor shower to rinse off prior to entering the house after being at the beach. It will help keep the sand off the floors and out of your bed! -We have a tankless hot water tank, so you should never run out of hot water. -We have made each closet into a "vanity" station so that if you have a large number of people with you, people can do hair, makeup, etc in the bedrooms while others are showering or bathing. -Kayaks, beach canopy, corn hole, sand toys and beach chairs available -Brand new 6 person hot tub -What really makes our place unique is the location being right on a sandy beach and the view of the lake from the spacious back patio! Other things to note -The property is conveniently located close to 69 highway between Eufaula and Checotah. Both places are approximately 10 min away. -A Gorilla cart, lawn chairs, corn hole, kayaks, beach canopy and ice chests are available for guest use during your stay. -There is a propane grill on the back porch for your use. -During the cooler nights, there is also a propane patio heater for you to enjoy. -Perfect location for families and fishermen alike
