Emerald Island Resort is a Gated Community with a 24/7 security guard at the gate. The Community is very peaceful and tranquil, ideal for families and guests in search for a satisfying relaxing time with the peace of mind of being in a safe place. With the backyard facing the forest and a very beautiful nature trail near by, your fur babies will enjoy their nice walk inside the community as well. We only charge $75/ per pet per stay. More details requirement please read the house rules. The space Our forest view Town-home is situated in the community of Emerald Island. The exteriors of all the homes are painted in vibrant Mediterranean colors. The ensuite master bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the forest which makes it very quiet. At the same time the house is just a short 3 minute walk to the Clubhouse and community facilities: Pool, Gym, Sauna, Hot Tub and Ti Ki Bar In house Free Internet WIFI, Plus FREE NETFLIX and FREE AMAZON PRIME VIDEO for you to enjoy. it has a Queen Size Master Bedroom with a private bathroom, another Queen Size Bedroom and a Twin beds Room share a full bathroom upstairs. All the bedrooms are tastefully decorated, TV in each. . The home has very efficient heating and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make catering for you and your family easy including a dishwasher. . All linens and towels are provided as well as hair dryers. . The utility room has a full sized washer, dryer, iron and board. . As the home backs onto a forest you will find it very tranquil especially after a long day out. . The distance to the Magic Kingdom or Epcot Parking lot 9.5 miles, to the Animal Kingdom 5.5 miles and to the Hollywood Studios Park is 7 miles. It is so close you can hear the fireworks at night! Emerald Island Resort is also very close to many other main attractions such as Universal Studios, Sea World and World class shopping, dinning and entertainment. It is close to Interstate 4 which will take you to the Space Centre and Cocoa Beach to the east (drive time approx 1 hour) and to Tampa, Clearwater, Busch Gardens and the west Gulf coast (drive time just over 1 hour). After a day out go back and relax using the communities facilities such as swimming pool, Hot Tub whirlpool, Sauna, Fitness Room, Tennis courts, Basketball, Beach Volleyball and Shuffleboard at no extra cost to you, plus there are two playground sets for the little ones. They are only a few yards from the home. The Clubhouse has a business center, WIFI internet access, a meeting room and large lounge area. This is a great place and location to spend an action packed holiday or for a perfect business-fun combination! FREE INTERNET/WiFi CONNECTION, FREE NETFLIX, FREE PRIME VIDEO. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire townhome and all community facilities such as pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, beach volleyball court, children playground, etc. Emerald Island Resort charges a $20 per vehicle non-refundable access card fee. The access card can be used for the duration of the stay at no additional charge. Other things to note 1. We charge $75/ per pet per stay. 🐾🐾🐾 House trained dogs are allowed. The guest must declare how many pets they are bringing and their size prior to confirming the booking. There is a one time fee of $75 per pet. Evidence of not declaring the pets will result in a $200 charge. Pets are NOT ALLOWED to be in beds ! Evidence of pets in beds will result in a $200 extra charge. 2- No eating in bedrooms or living room, only in kitchen or dining areas. 3. The Resort charges $20 access card fee per stay. This includes access for all people and one vehicle. Any additional vehicles would require one additional card each.
