*The 617 is a FULLY LICENSED 1800 sq foot 1st Fl 3 BR rental in in the NF Heritage District. Built in 1911 and was remodeled/restored in 2018 *GAS FIREPLACE INSERT to add warmth on colder days *CENTRAL A/C for your 24hr comfort on those warm days & nights *No hidden parking fees. Park steps away behind house. *Directions to Falls: walk out door, turn left & follow the mist *Save on parking fees at Falls and downtown attractions *This is my only property; maintained & cleaned by family My RESTORED HOME is just over 1800 sq ft and consists of three BR's, a 10'x14' dining room and 10' x 16' living room for gathering. Arts & crafts style home that had a role in an infamous episode of the 1960's series "Route 66". CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING for your comfort on those Spring, Summer & Fall days when the weather turns a bit warmer. GAS FIREPLACE INSERT to add some comforting warmth on colder days. I love it. You will too. LARGE front porch for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. FREE PARKING available on premises for up to two cars with regular presence by the NYS Parks Police and NFPD. Additional parking available just across the street. A walk to Canada is shorter than a drive on most days and they put on a pretty good fireworks display in every night during the summer. A five minute walk will get you to the greatest viewing places you'll find anywhere. I spent a great deal of time restoring my home to make it comfortable for you. This is my only rental and I take great pride in providing my guests with a great experience in a clean, comfortable home. Central Air Conditioning for your comfort on Spring, Summer & Fall days when the weather turns a bit warm. A gas fireplace to keep you comfortably warm on the cooler days. I am lucky enough to be in one of the greatest places in the world. Aside from being so close to the Falls, I am surrounded by great events during summer. The local outdoor scene will impress with concerts at Artpark (Artparkdotnet) and the Harbor (canalsidebuffalodotc0m). The solace of fall fishing in the Niagara Gorge is an experience you won't soon forget. A few hours walking along Center St in Lewiston will pass quickly and is a great way to eat, shop and enjoy a very cool War of 1812 village. When you're done, ride the rapids of the lower Niagara River in a Jetboat (serious fun) then head to Fort Niagara and Youngstown. Be sure to stop in Youngstown at Somewhere (see FB page) or one of Lewiston's great eateries. Book a few days and enjoy. If you go home hungry, parched or unentertained, it's your own fault. PLEASE NOTE: I ask that you provide a clear picture of yourself in your AirBnB profile along with your hometown as indicated on the identity provided to AirBnB. A lack of either will delay or possibly deny your approval. MY PROPERTY IS REGISTERED & LICENSED WITH THE CITY OF NIAGARA FALLS. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU to exercise due diligence in researching your rental as arriving at your location only to find they are not operating due to a lack of licensure or in find yourself in a questionable neighborhood would not be in your best interest. Guest access is limited to the apartment and porch. Other areas are secured. I live upstairs. Need help? Knock, text or call. I have you covered. A short walk will get you to fantastic eateries of the Mom & Pop variety along with chains such as Hard Rock Cafe (live bands) and Rainforest Cafe. I'll have a few menus of my guest's favorite restaurants for you to review. The Seneca Niagara Casino (live entertainment) is a stone's throw away. The upper Niagara River is a two minute walk behind the house. The Niagara Discovery Shuttle passes right in front of the house. It's your trolley ride to Ft. Niagara, The Power Vista, Lewiston and Youngstown. Keep in mind: Somewhere in Youngstown (see FB page) is among the best places anywhere. Oh...and the cost or the shuttle? There is none. It's free. Amazing...ain't it? Parking for two (2) cars on premises. Please speak to me about additional parking as improper overnight street parking will result in added revenues for the city in the form of fines.
