The living area has comfortable seating and a flat screen television and Bose sound system. The French doors open up onto the covered deck and nicely landscaped yard.  Upstairs are two bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms, queen beds, and ample closet space. Both bedrooms open to a covered porch with comfortable seating. A washer and dryer is conveniently located in the hallway between the 2 bedrooms.  The Truman Annex Waterfront Park is close by with walking paths, open areas to play or relax, or bring the kids to the splash pad or park to play. Fort Zachary State Park and Beach are also close by and offer picnic areas with grills. The beach areas are great for snorkeling and sunbathing. There are chairs and umbrellas for rent as well as a full concession stand and restrooms.
