Warm, well-appointed private contemporary retreat with pool near Denver University and downtown Denver. Perfect for family reunions, small retreats or using as home base with friends to see a show at Red Rocks. This will be our fifth year renting out our home and we are committed to you having an amazing experience. The pool is open May-September with all the grilling essentials and an outdoor bathtub and shower. There is also a roof deck with seating to take in the beautiful sunsets. The space Our contemporary home is private, warm, unique, new, and clean. The private backyard has an in-ground pool surrounded by lush plants, outside functioning bathtubs, outside shower, fire pit, and several large seating areas. The house has an open floor plan with a full kitchen with room for several people cooking in the large space with top-of-the-line stovetops and cookwares. The dining room seats 8 and features comfortable leather chairs and adjustable lighting. All three floors have gas fireplaces and comfortable couches, with TV's setup to Netflix. We are centrally located in Denver next to the University of Denver, close to a diverse selection of restaurants, and a light rail station. Guest access The guests will have access to the entire house, including the master bedroom, with couch and fireplace setting area, 2 bedrooms on the second floor, and a guest bedroom in the furnished basement. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, with the master bathroom featuring a large, spa tub, two sinks and an amazing array of succulent and terrarium plants. The basement has a ping-pong table, and bar set up with mini-fridge glassware, and sink. There is also a smaller bedroom and art room in the basement with a single bed for an additional sleeping space.
