This is a private, 3rd floor apartment in a three family home. It was renovated in 2020 from top to bottom with central air conditioning, all new kitchen and bath, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. The unit features two bedrooms with queen beds and a living space with a couch that can be used for another guest as needed. There is also an air mattress available upon request. Our private parking area fits 1 car per unit. Additional cars can park on the street for free. Gym information: Hours are 10:00am-7:00pm daily. Gym is located in the basement of the house next door. Gym space is shared with other guests. Noise: This is a multi-family house, so you may hear other guests at times. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am.
