Many of these properties have been wonderfully restored in the past few decades and the area now offers terrific opportunities for architecture fans and history buffs. On-street parking is always available and there is off-street parking offered as needed. Regarding noise: Please know that the house next door is being renovated, so you will hear construction noise during the day. Construction ends by 3:30-4:00pm. Also, this is a multi-family home, so there will be guests staying both above and below this apartment. Please expect there to be noise from those apartments. Regarding shared spaces: This is a third floor unit in a 3-story house. You should note that the front porch and the second floor balcony are shared with the other apartments.
