Outer Banks house convenient to everything!

June 6- August 15 is SATURDAY TO SATURDAY (7 night minimum). OBX house on road running directly from beach to sound. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, very neat/clean. Currently updating. Ask about 4th "bedroom" which is actually a studio space with kitchenette for additional cost. Adds 2 more total guests. Close to everything (beach, sound, shopping, restaurants, entertainment etc). Shady/quiet street with no traffic. Private parking for 4. See "the space" for additional information. The space Guests occupy entire house 3br (with 4th option)/2ba. Full kitchen and dining area to cook and make yourself right at home. Living room has plenty of seating and boasts a 75" flat screen television. Fenced-in backyard, screen porch, outdoor shower etc. Washer and Dryer located at bottom of interior stairs. Guest access Read listing description Other things to note 1. If in doubt, call me! 2. The house is currently being updated inside. There is a new sectional with more seating in the living room, paint, new kitchen flooring, queen bed in bedroom 3 (not the bunk beds that are pictured) and repainted with new rug. Much more... I will update the photos after completing these tasks over the next month. 3. A total inventory has been done and the house is completely cleaned prior to your arrival. Please leave the house as you found it! Any extreme messes and/or items taken or broken are subject to additional fees at the owner's discretion. 4. All pets are subject to approval prior to arrival. If you have a pet, be prepared to pay a $50/pet additional at check-in. 5. DO NOT BRING INDOOR FURNITURE OUTSIDE (yes, I have to put that in here because of some previous renters). 6. Do not track sand into the house. If it happens, please clean it up. There is an outdoor shower on the side of the house. 7. There are outdoor security cameras so please do not have parties or try to sneak more guests into house than occupancy. 8. W/D at the bottom of the interior stairs. 9. Enjoy yourselves!
