A quiet, clean, and spacious cottage apartment for lease. Fully furnished: appliances, TV, etc. wifi + cable. 1br, full bath, kitchen, living room, walk-in closet & laundry; 750sq/ft. Comes with a private parking. Large garden & pool. Outdoor areas SHARED; HOST LIVES IN ADJACENT BUILDING. No pets! 1790/mo with lease only! The space The apartment is just the right size for a comfortable stay for a couple or small family. It's country style with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. it's fully furnished, including TV, appliances, silverware, etc. It's got a spacious living room with a dining area, a cute kitchen with dishwasher, a quiet bedroom with a king bed and walk in closet, a modern, fresh and clean bathroom, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. All under one roof, and all private, just for you. You also have a private parking spot on the property. Consumables such as soap, detergent, and coffee are provided free of charge at the beginning of your lease for your first month. The outdoor garden is spacious, quiet, and kept tidy. The front building is our home. There is a shared pool available for you to use. The cottage apartment is private and just for you, but the rest of the property grounds are shared. Guest access You will have exclusive, private use of the entire cottage. You may also use the shared outdoor amenities during posted hours. Other things to note OUR POLICIES AND HOUSE RULES: -We are a long term rental. You must contact us first, wait for our reply, and discuss your needs PRIOR to making a booking request. We only accept reservations of 30 days or longer, starting on the 1st of the month and ending on the 1st of the month. We could offer a slight flexibility on this with longer reservations. Due to the fact that our minimum stay is 30 days, for safety reasons, we accept only guests who have at least one prior trip with Airbnb and at least 1 positive review. Thanks for understanding. - Base quote promotion is for ONE person. Price will be higher for two guests. - The outdoor areas of the property are shared spaces - Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am. - Visitors to our property are permitted only through prior permission by the landlord, on a case by case basis. There is 1 visitor spot, with a sign in sheet. - Parking available for ONE vehicle only. Free, private, and off-street. - We strongly recommend having a car/taxi/uber if you want to get around. - Pool and garden are shared spaces. - No pets, kids under 12, or smoking indoors permitted. - Marijuana use is tolerated but it must be done completely inconspicuously. You cannot bring any marijuana smell into the building, on your clothes or otherwise. Drug paraphernalia such as bongs must be stored in airtight containers while indoors. - We do not tolerate inebriation or altered behaviors of any kind on our property. - We require that tenants keep the apartment in very clean and neat condition. We inspect our unit once every two weeks (with 24h notice), and if it is not kept in good condition (smell, spills, stains, dirty fridge/oven/counters etc), we will have to hire a maid. You would be responsible for the costs associated with the maid or cleaning the unit properly. - Pool hours are 9am - DUSK, pool is not heated. - We require humidity control at all times within the apartment. - We offer cleaning services starting at $25. - Breakfast (8-9) and other meal options are available as 'room service' at an additional cost. Availability varies. - We have a small friendly dog (15# Yorkie/Terrier mix) and outdoor cat on the property. - By booking with us, you also agree to the full list of house terms, rules and our liability waiver, which can be found on our property page.
