Master suite was converted to separate rental & shares 2 walls. Covered Parking Quiet 1950's neighborhood. Rillito River walk/ Park, and plenty of amenities nearby. 2 friendly pets welcome, cats must be approved prior to booking. Smoke Free home. No Parties allowed. Washer and Dryer. Home has new central AC. Mountain /desert activities all around. The space Renovated with rustic flare & clean furnishings. Concrete floors & open beam ceilings. Main living area has wifi network smart tv's with local antennae for news and general programming. Kitchen has full size stove, small microwave, toaster, and large frig, coffee maker, george foreman grill. Coffee & tea provided for a few days stay. Kitchen is fully stocked with most everything you need for long or short term stay. Bathroom has hair dryer, big fluffy towels, shampoo, soaps etc needed for a short stay. Iron, Fans, heater in the closet. We offer free washer & Dryer in share utility room. vacuum, and other items needed for a long stay. Please bring your own detergents. One of the Bedrooms has a queen bed, large dresser and tv (TV has a 50mi antennae). The smaller bedroom has a full size bed, smaller chest of drawers and desk with office chair. Fluffy white towels are provided. Fenced in Back yard is for the Master Suite Studio guests. Please allow for space in front of your vehicle for walk through to access their space. Carport is covered and driveway is long enough to house two cars. Utility Room is north of carport and houses cleaning products, brooms, vacuum etc. Security Camera is located in Carport for our security. Please do not tamper with it. Wifi Router is in main house, please do not turn off since it runs both units. Guest access Key location will be provided a few days before your stay. Keybox is located on site for flexible entry time. Other things to note ADDITIONAL NOTES - Shared wall may remit some TV noise, please be considerate of other quests regarding noise. - Friendly dogs are welcome, please avoid issues with other pets by leashing. Please vacuum pet hair before you leave, Vacuum is located in Laundry Room. - Cats must have permission to agree to avoid scratching and spraying - parking for main house is under the carport and in the driveway. Long enough for two cars if needed. - smoking allowed only outside the house, please clean up debris. - Laundry hours are 8am to 8 pm, for the consideration of noise for quests - please do not turn off wifi router. This provides service to back guests as well. - Please note there is a camera in the carport area
