Luxury Old Town Home in Prime Location

Newly Renovated Modern Home in Historical Old Town, Park City. 10 Minute walk to the Town Lift or 5 minutes up the Third Street staircase (next to the house) to the Town Runs off Norfolk. 3000+ sq ft. with newly added garage and heated driveway for parking. 1 staircase up from Historical Main Street and thus very short walk to restaurants and shopping. No Shoes in the House and the Master Bedroom is locked out (and was not included in the room count nor square footage) The space We gut renovated this home for our use in 2014, and rented it out for the first time in 2018. We underwent some more improvements (New Garage, Heated Driveway/steps, New Mudroom) that were just completed . It is our favorite place to go to relax (after a day on the slopes of course). We put a lot of thought and care into the renovation and it has been a great retreat for us through all seasons, and we hope it can be the same of you. Guest access The full house except for the Master Suite will be available for use. This includes 4 bedrooms (3 with Queen Beds, and 1 with 2 twins) + A Den with a (very comfortable) Queen pull out couch. 2 bedrooms have large flat screen TVs with connection to Apple TV. The Living room similarly has a connection to Apple TV. The house is wired with built in Sonos. You are welcome to use all our kitchen appliances, dishes and utensils. There is a spacious living room with a see-through fire place to the dining room. Hot Tub on deck is available for use. Note: This is our vacation home, and we keep wine and alcohol in the kitchen and wine fridge as well as non-perishable food in the pantry. Please respect that this is not for guest use. Other things to note As Park City is very snowy, we request that guests enter and exit through the mudroom door (off the deck next to the hot tub), and to take off their shoes before entering the rest of the home. Please do not bring ski-equipment into the house. There is a locked shed where all equipment can be stored. We keep our own skis and snowboards there (however these are not for guest use).
