The grassy area next to the house is fabulous for playing games with your kids/grandchildren. While there is no beach it is shallow enough for young children. We have a deck, a screened in porch, a gazebo, dock, raft and parking for 4 cars and a boat trailer. 3 bathrooms! There is a full bathroom upstairs, a half bath off the living room and a private half bath in the hallway of bedroom 5, which is a perfect room for teens or anyone looking to use as few stairs as possible as it's off the kitchen and the only bedroom on the first floor. Bedroom 6 can only be accessed via the master bedroom. It is a converted sleeping porch. Has a TV with VHS and DVDs. Many Disney, Pokémon movies provided as well as some movies for the adults in your group like Gone With The Wind. Futon allows you to use the space for extra sleeping or as a den. The gazebo down at the dock is great for staying out of the sun and a fantastic space for lunch. Our wet bar is on the screened in porch. Many of our guests love to have happy hour here with some martinis, mojitos, old fashioneds, wine and beer. There is a wine rack! Other things to note - 1 Full bath and 2 half bath! Full bath is upstairs will 5 of the bedrooms. The main floor bedroom has a private half bath. The other half bath is off the living room. The shower is a shower/tub combo perfect for the little ones bath time! -Raft is only in beginning of June to October -July and August have a 7 night minimum stay with turnover on Saturday -10 sets of towels and sheets for the beds are provided. If you would like to use the futon you will need to bring your own sheets -one propane grill and one charcoal grill. Guests to provide their own fuel -Wood fireplace - Central heating! If you wish to put the heat above 72 there will be a $15 charge per day -Roku, DVDs and VHS only -We follow the ADA and FHA when providing reasonable accommodations.
