This walk-up condo is centrally located less than a mile from grocery stores,fast food, restaurants and medical center. This is a 2 bedroom/1 bath condo on the second floor. The condo has a king size and a queen size bed. The living room also has sleeper sofa. Our modern, newly renovated Rock Hill, SC condo is located in a peaceful neighborhood conveniently close to I-77. Lots of dining and shopping options are available just minutes away. For more entertainment, take a stroll through historic downtown Rock Hill; Cherry Park or Riverwalk along the Catawba river. Other local fun and attractions include kayaking and canoeing on the Catawba river, hiking, Carowinds Amusement Park, Cherry Park, Manchester Meadows, Winthrop University, BMX Track, Velodrome and much more. The Greater Charlotte Metro area offers tons of activities just a hop, skip and a jump north on I-77! Close to downtown Charlotte, Panthers Stadium and Charlotte Douglas Airport..
