Parties, pop-up family reunions, or parking lot takeovers (one vehicle max). We are in a round cul-de-sac with very limited parking! Think of our place as your launchpad to Southern California fun - not a bunker. 🐾 Pet & Service Animal Policy: We adore animals - but we run a tight ship here, and not every pet (or “service animal”) is a fit for this property... Before booking: Tell me exactly what kind of animal you’re bringing - breed, size, temperament. I do not host a litter of pets. One animal max, maybe two... and approval depends on breed, size, and behavior. This applies to ALL animals, INCLUDING "service" animals! If I’m not comfortable with your "animal" - this is not the Airbnb for you!! Rules during your stay: Pets may never be left alone in the unit or anywhere on the property. Pets are allowed only in your private area / patio - not the shared pool/backyard space. Yes, even the best-trained animals will put their noses on my glass door and decorate my closet mirrors. That’s extra cleaning and extra cleaning isn’t free. Fees: Service animals are exempt from pet fees, BUT NOT FROM EXTRA CLEANING FEES! If your animal leaves hair, odors, or requires more work for my cleaning crew, you’ll be billed. If you’re trying to sneak in a pet to dodge fees, you’re not the kind of guest we host here... Do the right thing for the next guest and for my cleaning crew and just pay the pet fee. We’ll ALL sleep better. 🔹 Additional Details: Shower door opening is 32” wide - please confirm this suits your needs.
