The space Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. The loft holds another queen, king and 4 twin beds. AC is available for your comfort. The driveway is large and can accommodate many vehicles and even additional campers, if needed. Guest access Guests will have access to every aspect of the property including the private dock, large parking area for plenty of vehicles, fire pit and BBQ Other things to note To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please review the following policies: Waivers & Agreement: Guests must sign the River and Dock Waiver & Release of Liability and Short-Term Rental Agreement before check-in. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin. Check-In & Check-Out: Standard check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Special requests will be considered—please ask in advance. Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available for cancellations made 30 days in advance. Property Care: Please maintain the cabin as found and assume responsibility for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. No Alterations: Do not rearrange furniture, tamper with locks, or make modifications (e.g., hammering nails). Occupancy Limit: The maximum occupancy is 12 guests. Unauthorized guests may incur additional charges—please request approval in advance. Respect the Community: The cabin is in a rural residential area—please keep noise levels down after 10 PM. Trash Disposal: Please use the provided waste receptacles. No Subletting: Guests may not reassign this rental or sublet the unit. Security Deposit: Any damage to the cabin will result in charges equal to the cost of repairs. Pets: We love animals and welcome them at the cabin.
