The space This spacious three-bedroom deluxe suite measures approximately 1,530 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, and two double beds in the third bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Additionally, you will have a full kitchen, dining area, balcony, private washer/dryer, and three bathrooms. Maximum occupancy is 8. *layout of rooms may vary* Guest access You will have access to (on resort): - 11 swimming pools (outdoors) - 2 children's pools (outdoors) - lazy river - pool bar - water park (outdoor) - 3 bars - 3 golf courses (18-hole) - miniature golf - 3 hot tubs (outdoors) - 6 restaurants - 6 tennis courts - Bicycle rental - Day Spa - Fitness Center - Organized activities - Complimentary Wi-Fi (contact me after check-in to get the log in information) *some amenities/activities are available at an additional charge* *amenities hours may vary seasonally* Other things to note *This is a timeshare resort, which I am an owner of all available suites and not one in particular, therefore other owners can book up suites. Please confirm with me that a room is available first before confirming your booking* *You will also need to confirm the full name on the ID that will be used upon checking in. Should you require a name change, a fee of $99.00 USD will be requested. The name on the reservation must check in first before any other guests will be allowed in the room.* Due to COVID-19, additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property. Community pools are open 8am - 11pm. The Water Park is open 10am - 5pm. All pools are weather permitting. There are no lifeguards on duty. Children in diapers must wear waterproof diapers designed for swimming. Waterpark passes are limited to 8 per unit occupied. Additional passes can be purchased for $30 per person perday. A room key is required for onsite discounts. This resort is not pet friendly. Only service animals may be permitted. Smoking NOT allowed on balcony or in room. There are designated areas marked around the exterior of the Resort where smoking is permitted. Failing to follow this will result in a $250 USD Smoking Policy Violation Charge. Parking is limited. This resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs and trailers. Please contact Front Desk for options. *A refundable security deposit is required at check-in ; $60 for the first night, and $50 for each additional night, up to $360.* Some Florida roads require a toll paid by coin, cash, and/or toll by plate. On-site shuttle service is available for transportation on resort property (hours vary). Please contact the resort front desk for more information. The developer is building multiple three story condos near the villas building of the resort through July 2022. During this time, noise, dust, odors, and work crew on site may be experienced.
