Come relax at our spacious mountain house. 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and a large game room. Separate hangout space for kids and adults. The large deck is a great place to bbq, read a book or look for falling stars. Spend your days in Yosemite, at the nearby lake, seasonal pool, tennis, golfing or hiking. The entire house is heated and air conditioned with mini splits, a laundry room and free wifi. New: Tesla Powerwall, Starlink internet and refreshed deck furniture. The space When you arrive to the house, there are 2 driveways. There are stairs connecting the two driveways. The front door (bluish) by the garage door enters into the game room. The game room has something for every one. Grab a puzzle and put together on the game room table, feeling like showing off your vocal abilities, yes there is a Songtrix or play some darts with the electric, plastic tipped dart board. Find a book on the bookshelf, if you don't finish no proble, take it home. Plus lots more... Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry closet. The primary bedroom has a queen bed with attached bathroom that has double sinks, quartz shower walls and rain/shower wand. It is majestic! The other bedroom (kids room) has two bunk beds (1 twin and 1 full) with toys. The 2nd downstairs bathroom has a walk in shower with quartz walls and rain shower! Amazing! As you walk upstairs you enter the living/dining room with vaulted ceiling, lots of natural light, 75 inch 4K Smart TV, electric fireplace, leather sofa and 3 recliners. Next to the living/dining room is the kitchen. It is stocked with too many amenities to list, but other than the general items, there is a hand mixer, blender, coffee bean grinder, toaster that fits bagels, baking tins/sheets, griddle, collianders, mixing bowls, over 20 spices and lots more. If there is something you are specifically looking for send us a message. Also upstairs there is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pantry. The second primary bedroom has a king bed, small patio, walk-in closet with pack n play and bathroom with 2 sinks. The other bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have benches. The second upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower. The pantry has large kitchen appliances such as a ice cream maker, crock pot, rice cooker and steamer. Also there are reusable water bottles, first aid kit, umbrellas and more... If you want to bbq or relax outside exit the french doors by the living/dining space to the 1,000 sqft deck. There are two dininig tables that seats 10 people, rockers and loungers. Head down the deck stairs and behind the locked door (key hanging by front door) is the private patio. Hide from the kids and relax in the hammock. Free, unlimited WiFi throughout the house Guest access $50 PER CAR to access Pine Mountain Lake HOA which is a private, gated and 24/7 security community. You will be charged this at the front gate (credit cards accepted). This fee is good for up to 7 days. Other things to note Marina Beach & Cafe where you can get a delicious meal or take advantage of the awesome water rentals (kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, peddle boats, etc.). Note: No parking for renters on weekends. Pine Mountain Lake also includes other great amenities like horse stables, tennis courts, pickleball, fishing, 18 hole golf course, hiking, community pool, private airport and dining. (Prior to booking please check the Pine Mountain Lake Association website for rules and restrictions regarding all amenities! Some are only open seasonally.)
