If your looking for a place close to town (Manson) and the lake, this is it! ** pool open from May- October 1st ** **Private heated pool, BBQ, large deck and patio. Bedrooms Upstairs: 1 king with double bedroom 1 king bedroom with balcony 1 queen size bedroom 1 Futon Main level: 1 queen bedroom 1 bunk-bed bedroom with 4 single beds. Noise ordinance enforced. Quiet time from 10pm - 8AM. Noise complaints could result in immediate eviction. Our home is an older farmhouse with tons of charm! The space is both updated and quirky with some original details throughout. The kitchen is HUGE, with most everything you would need to cook while on vacation. If you need a home with several TV's this isn't the space for you. We have one TV in both living rooms which have Netflix and Amazon Prime. Most guests who have stayed here spend their time outdoors. :-) ** I supply propane tanks, but I do not refill them . Some guests BBQ A LOT and there is just no way to keep up. I fill a few at the beginning of the season, but if you plan to BBQ check the tank, and if it needs propane go fill it up at the Red Apple** you cannot take unused propane home, the tanks are our property. :) Home and basement, as well as the attached garage. The pool and yard is also all yours while you stay. Text, call or email Our home is walking distance to all of Downtown Manson. Walk to dinner, out for a wine tasting or to the lake. Downtown Manson is home to some of the areas best wine tasting rooms. Yard maintenance is once per week. Our landscaper, Juan, usually arrives Thursdays to mow the lawn, and maintain the yard. We love Juan, please say hello if you see him working. Sprinklers usually come on starting around 3:00 AM. It takes about 3-4 hours for all stages to complete.
