Our home is situated on the beautiful Morgan Creek waters with sunset and golf course views. It’s our family vacation home that we rent out occasionally. It is an older home inside and out. The location is great. Situated towards the entrance of Wild Dunes Resort and 5 minutes from the beach this 3 story home is great for families and friends. Charleston, Mount Pleasant and Sullivan's Island are just a quick ride away if you plan to adventure off the island (which we highly recommend)! Our space is comfy and comes with everything you need for a wonderful stay on Isle of Palms. The home is very large and 3 stories high with balconies on each floor facing the beautiful Morgan Creek. The second floor has 3 bedrooms each with an attached bath. The third floor is open with 4 twins and a queen + a full bath (perfect area for kids). You'll have plenty of room to congregate for family dinners in the main living area and the back porch provides the perfect spot for an evening cocktail on Morgan Creek. You can use the entire home including the dock for fishing, washer/dryer, kitchen and garage. As our guest we'll also get you access to the Property Owner Beach House which gives easy parking next to the beach + an amazing pavilion to cook out just steps from the beach.
