The space Guests are sure to relax while staying in this large beautifully furnished home with 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths and 2 half bathrooms. Home is comfortable for sleeping 6 people and entertaining for a total of 10 guests. Nice outdoor patio with spa and BBQ. The House: On the main level (2nd floor) there is a spacious open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. Beautifully furnished living area with a contemporary slate rock fireplace to relax and watch amazing sunsets from the balcony or catch a movie on the large Smart TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped for the everyday Chef and the dining area for six has a beautiful ocean view with an outdoor balcony. The family room (downstairs on 1st level) has a large Smart TV and game table and opens to the outside patio where you can enjoy the spa, relaxing and BBQing and shower off using the outdoor shower (with hot water) after a day on the beach. Bedrooms: The primary suite is on the main level (2nd floor) has a comfortable King-sized bed, spa tub, double sinks, separate shower, and TV. The secondary bedrooms (2) are on the lower level (downstairs) and are fully furnished with queen-sized beds and TV. • Primary Bedroom #1: King bed, spa tub, shower, and TV (2nd floor) • Bedroom #2: Queen bed and TV (1st floor level) • Bedroom #3: Queen bed and TV (1st floor level) >> Blow-up mattress and family room couch for extra guests. What we provide: All the comforts of home! We provide quality bath towels, beach towels and linens for the beds (already made), plus extra blankets and pillows. A well-equipped kitchen with dishes, cookware, plenty of plates, glasses, and utensils, plus a BBQ for grilling. There is a coffee maker and Keurig, microwave, double-oven, stove top, and dishwasher. In addition, paper products for kitchen and bathrooms. Home has family size washer and dryer for your convenience. Beach Views: Enjoy a view of the beach, islands and amazing sunsets from the front balcony or roof top patio. Beach equipment: For the beach we have Boogie boards (3), beach chairs (6), and an umbrella (1) available. Parking: 2-car garage - no oversized vehicles. Plus, driveway parking. Note: Home has central heating. It does not have air conditioning, but all windows open for a nice ocean breeze. Ceiling fans and room fans available. Additional Information: To request a reservation, please submit an inquiry including the details of all guests in your group and any pets. The primary booking guest will be required to sign the owner’s vacation agreement and provide a valid ID prior to arrival (no exceptions). Please note, due to the home’s multi-level design and open sightlines, this home is best suited for children ages 10 and up (at the parent’s discretion all children are welcome). Large gatherings or parties are not permitted (no exceptions). PETS: This home is pet-friendly, with a required pet fee. To help protect the real hardwood floors, only pets that are “hardwood-safe” are permitted, and there is a weight limit. The yard has no grass, so all dogs must be walked regularly and must be fully housebroken. All pets must be pre-approved. Please provide your pet’s breed, age, and weight when submitting your request. Guests are responsible for any and all damages caused by their pet. In addition, a $100 fee will be charged for cleanup of any pet waste left behind (no matter how large or small). Thank you for your understanding! Absolutely no parties - quiet respectful guest only. We respect our year-round neighbors. Guests should be prepared to keep noise level to a respectful level so that neighbors are not disturbed. City of Ventura Quiet Hours are from 10PM-7AM. It’s known for its beaches, like San Buenaventura State Beach, with long, wooden Ventura Pier. Surfer's Point is popular for surfing and windsurfing. Landmarks on downtown’s Main Street include the Mission San Buenaventura, with its 1809 church. Boats depart Ventura Harbor for Channel Islands National Park. Downtown Ventura has many great shops, restaurants, pubs and dinners for everyone to enjoy. Ventura also offers bike rentals, whale watching (seasonal), biking and hiking trails and of course a fantastic beach. Plus, the Ventura fairgrounds has many events throughout the year. Ojai is just a 30-minute drive to a village-like center dotted with art galleries, shops, and restaurants. Plus, golf and wine tasting. Also, Ojai bike trail. Santa Barbara is only a 30-minute drive. Here you can enjoy many restaurants, the Zoo, the Santa Barbara Mission, concerts, and art shows. The house was really spread out with a perfect layout that is good for couples or families. Only a short drive to harbor or downtown makes it easy to enjoy Ventura. We all live in different areas, so this gathering place was perfect! The beach and ocean, along with the whale and dolphin sightings were the icing on the cake. Guest access Host will call day before with access details. Signed vacation agreement required and photo of ID required before access details are provided. Other things to note This is a family neighborhood with year round residents. Large parties, filming, or weddings are not allowed. No third party bookings. Check-out list includes taking out trash, load and start dishwashers, strip beds and gather towels and place in laundry bags. clean-up yard after pets, lock doors, beach equipment back into garage.
