This is a matter of public safety and City of Kissimmee Fire Code. Vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense. To avoid possible towing, please park in your driveways Also, please be advised that all commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, self-propelled motor homes, motorcycles, trailers and boats shall be parked in enclosed garage at all time and cannot be parked within the Community. It will be towed at owner’s expense. POOL MAINTENANCE: The pool is cleaned during the week, someone will come out during the day to treat the pool with chlorine, levels may be high, so we recommend waiting at least 2 hours before using the pool again. POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near 50F or under. This is an extra service and may not be available at times. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.
