Our split-level ranch house provides privacy for guests--and large bedroom has dresser, desk, television for comfort. This room is in the basement which is fully carpeted and finished and has a private bathroom. Coffee & tea, snacks; Long term guests may of course use the full kitchen as well as laundry, both upstairs. Enjoy our sunny deck, backyard and quiet neighborhood! Close to hospitals, Saginaw Valley State University, highways, and shopping. The space We have a spacious home with ample privacy for all. We do live in our home and we are relatively quiet, so students and professionals can work/study as needed. Laundry is on the main floor; the deck is wonderful in the summer time and we are happy to share garden goodies when it's harvest time. We're happy to answer any questions! Guest access Parking is free--we have a long, private driveway. There is plenty of room for cars or trucks. We've also hosted a kayak or two, if you need to park a recreational item. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, a great place to walk or run. During your stay We are available to help out if you need it—in person, or by talk and text.
