The bedroom does not have a door on purpose due to the design of the small space. You are welcome to bring your furry family (pets) along. The space We do not charge cleaning fees or require a security deposit. The space is centrally air conditioned to help you beat the heat. (A brand new air system was just installed). Space is located conveniently between 2 major interstate roads in I-65 and I-70, so this cottage is great for travelers stopping by for a quick rest. In fact, a lot of guests we've served are simply passing through Indianapolis to other destinations, stopping for a quick rest. You are less than two miles from historic Garfield Park and just five miles from the city’s growing Fountain Square cultural district. Access downtown (only 13 minutes away) with a plethora of transportation options. Like the IndyGo bus system (there is a bus stop right in front of the house) or Uber. This newly renovated house is located 5 minutes from Fountain Square, with its notable eateries and unique shops. You can also choose to grab a quick bite at one of the many fast food options located 3 minutes away on Keystone Ave. Enjoy pizza from Enzo’s which is a few blocks from the house. The kitchen has a microwave oven, a refrigerator with bottled water in it, and your very own Keurig coffee maker. Safety: The doors are keypad controlled to prevent unauthorized entry. It is regularly patrolled by police for enhanced safety. One of the compliments we've regularly received is how safe the neighborhood is. Get Around: Uber is fully functional in Indy and quite affordable. Regular Taxi service is also available. The IndyGo bus stop is just opposite the house. The University heights neighborhood is one of the most bike-able areas in Indiana. Do: Indy is known as the racing capital of the world so if you are in town for a race, you won't be disappointed. Uindy offers one of the best education in the Midwest and is highly ranked for it's nursing and physical therapy programs. The school offers local events year round. IUPUI is only about 10 minutes away. If sports is your thing, then you'd be pleased to know that the Indiana Pacers and Colts are only 12 minutes away.
