The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. A short walk from the house is a nice park with a great play structure for kids. Just a few blocks from the home are 3 shopping areas with several supermarkets (including an awesome Whole Foods), Starbucks, banks, great restaurants and a Walgreens and loads more. So convenient! Once you are mobile you can explore miles and miles of paved trails which crisscross the neighborhood and surrounding towns. Walnut Creek has lots to do all year round. From festivals, theater, farmers markets, shopping and great restaurants. There is definitely something for everyone. The home is located 3 miles from the train (BART) station. BART goes to both the San Francisco International airport and the Oakland International airport. There are also local buses close by. San Francisco is about a 40-60 minute drive and the Napa Valley is about an hour drive. Walnut Creek doesn't have fog in the summer months so the days are usually really warm and the nights are cool. It's a great location!
