Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire of the house, with the exception of the garage. It's worth noting that there is a separate unit within the property that shares just one wall and the driveway with the main house. The third bedroom is available only for groups of 5 or more, unless you’ve requested an extra room in advance. 2. If using the backyard after 10:00 PM, please be mindful of the neighbors’ privacy, and note that loud music is not permitted. 3. An additional cleaning fee applies if you choose to use the grill. 4. Please avoid leaving food in the backyard overnight. 5. Kindly refrain from doing laundry after 9:00 PM. 6. The home is for registered guests only. Please do not invite friends or family who are not included in your reservation. 7. If you’re bringing pets, please let me know ahead of time. 8. If you’re bringing dogs, kindly: • Use the front yard for potty breaks as much as possible. The backyard has many plants and flowers, and dog urine can damage them. • Ensure their nails are trimmed to avoid scratching the real hardwood floors throughout the house. 9.
