Beautiful Lake Oconee home with an updated contemporary decor. Open floor plan with a huge kitchen loaded with granite counters and premium appliances. Lots of hardwood floors and huge windows overlooking the big lake views. Large lot with a gentle slope to the lake. The smooth concrete walkway doesn't have one step along the path, making it easy to roll your cooler to the dock. The maximum size dock with a maintenance free dock surface. An amazing fire pit and outdoor living. The space The home sits on a large .6 acre lot and all of the neighboring homes are also on large lakeside lots. This gives nice space between neighbors. This home is great for entertaining and fully enjoying everything the home and Lake Oconee has to offer, but is not for partying. Please respect that some neighbors are permanent residents and loud music and loud voices should cease at 9 PM. You may use the fire pit as late as you'd like. You'll appreciate the quite time as you tell stories around the fire pit and gaze at the stars. Now for the Rules: Maximum Guests: 8 People Maximum and NO MORE THAN SIX (6) ADULTS. Please do not book if you have more than 6 adults and do not arrive with more than 6 adults. More than 6 adults would result in immediate eviction and 100% forfeiture of your security deposit and unused rent. No more than 8 guests allowed at anytime (even during the day) per our short term rental license. One of the 4 bedrooms has 2 bunk beds with 4 twin beds. The bunks are best for children ages 2 to 12. The upper bunks have a weight limit of 120 lbs. NO Pets: We have a strict No Pet Policy that would result in immediate eviction and 100% forfeiture of your security deposit and unused rent. Parking: No more than 4 vehicles allowed. All vehicles must be packed in the driveway. No overnight street parking. No vehicles with more than 2 axles allowed and no motor homes. Boats: You may back up a boat trailer into the driveway. You may also tie up a boat overnight along the side of the dock. Guest access Our guests have access to our life jackets, a 2-person kayak and two kid sized kayaks. We also have some yard games and water floats. Our private dock is set up to tie up your boat. Other things to note The home electrical system is not set up for electric vehicle (EV) charging. You may not charge an EV at the property.
