The space There are two huge bedrooms (one with desk/work area and one with eating area). Each has a queen bed and there is one large shared bathroom (shower and small bathtub). There is a remodeled kitchen area and sitting room. A door at top of stairway offers total privacy. Please note: HOSTS LIVE ON FIRST FLOOR IN THIS HOME We share the common entrance to the house the front door. Guest access Guests will have full use of the second floor of home. Share entrance access with owner, then stairway to second floor. There is a great front porch with wicker furniture and old fashioned porch swing and a patio - enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails, overlooking our lovely gardens. Brick patio has gardens, water feature, grill, fire pit, eating area and patio lights. Other things to note Please be aware that THE OWNERS LIVE ON THE FIRST FLOOR IN THE HOUSE. Want to make it perfectly clear that GUESTS have the total use of the SECOND floor, but hosts are downstairs. We share a common entrance only and keep to ourselves.
