The nearest grocery store is located in Conifer (about 25 minutes away) or there is a Country Store (convenience items) liquor store, a gym and a restaurant about 10 minutes away. Easy access to Guenella Pass, Bailey, Colorado Trail, Buffalo Creek, Staunton State Park, and Wellington Lake Front wheel drive, AWD or 4X4 recommended in the winter. The access road is a grade for about 100 yards. It is plowed, but can be packed snow in a few shaded locations. For our own security, we would ask that you email us a copy of your government issued identification prior to check in. No smoking or vaping inside the house. Please dispose properly of butts after smoking outdoors. No parties. Please inform us if you plan to have more guests for a visit that is listed in your reservation request. Primary renter must be 25 years of age or more. Pre-approved Pet is welcome for an additional cleaning fee/deposit. Approval of pet depends on breed, size, temperament, etc. Please disclose and discuss with Sarah/Paul any pet that will be on the property during your stay. Please pick up any droppings within 75 feet of the ranch house. IMPORTANT: Any Unauthorized and Unapproved pets on the property may result in immediate termination of your stay and will incur a $500 additional deep cleaning fee.
