The master bedroom, one bathroom and a second bedroom are on the upper level. The main level includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom, fireplace room, TV room, dining room and kitchen. A kitchenette and the third bathroom an fifth bedroom are located on the lower level. Huge hot tub plus a 15ft trampoline! The space House includes: Hot Tub (7 person) 15ft trampoline Adjustable Basketball Backboard/Net Dish TV and WiFi (ViaSat). Other things to note Front wheel drive, AWD or 4X4 recommended in the winter. The access road is a grade for about 100 yards. It is plowed, but can be packed snow in a few shaded locations. For our own security, we would ask that you email us a copy of your government issued identification prior to check in. No smoking or vaping inside the house. Please dispose properly of butts after smoking outdoors. No parties. Please inform us if you plan to have more guests for a visit that is listed in your reservation request. Primary renter must be 25 years of age or more. Pre-approved Pet is welcome for an additional cleaning fee/deposit. Approval of pet depends on breed, size, temperament, etc. Please disclose and discuss with Sarah/Paul any pet that will be on the property during your stay. Please pick up any droppings within 75 feet of the ranch house. IMPORTANT: Any Unauthorized and Unapproved pets on the property may result in immediate termination of your stay and will incur a $500 additional deep cleaning fee.
