Other things to note We DON’T allow parties and pls park on your designated parking spot or your car will get towed if parked on the wrong parking spot. NO BACK-IN parking is allowed. Follow quiet times of 10pm to 7 am or will be charging $175 if neighbors complain about noice or parties in the unit.
