This style incorporates elements of the Prairie School and the Craftsman styles. It is 1800 sqf plus, 2 floors. 4 bedrooms 1 full bathroom on the second floor with a large balcony connect to a bright room which surrounded by windows. Kitchen, den, dining room, and living room on the first floor, with a bright library in between the den and dining room. All wood floors are refinished, all walls are repainted. The basement floor is remodeled with cement (Laundry room is in basement, also with a empty room and den which we still don't have any ideas what to do with them yet, but for sure they can be used as your store rooms). Ample parking with a 2 car garage and two more parking spots next to the garage. This means four cars can park without blocking each other in. Location, location, location. It is just in the center of Rochester, cross street to Mayo St.Mary hospital. Couple mins walking distance to Rochester's main street---2nd st SW. Canadian Honker ( one of the best Rochester restaurant), McDonald's, KFC, Toppers Pizza, Cherry Berry Yogurt Bar, Bars, Coffee stores, grocery stores, Salon, Anderson Wheelchair store, gas station...all around. Imagine you can just walk to everywhere in the beautiful summer or easily drive to everywhere during winter, and never need to worry about the parking in downtown. Living room, dining room are set up with luxury Victorian European Classic furnitures set ( Cost more than $10000). Mix with antique furnitures and lamps. Bedrooms all set up with brand new high quality modern design furnitures. This house could be easily suit for 8 guests because we have 2 queen size beds and 2 full size beds, but since it is only 1.5 bathroom, we highly recommend that no more than 6 guests for your own comfortable. :) Updated: Recently had replaced all windows! **Since this house only have 1.5 bathrooms, so we do have a six people maximum occupancy requirement. We have this in place instead of an additional guest charge in an attempt to keep costs down for you, also to protect this antique house too. And another reason is because this house only has 1.5 bathrooms, I am sure it would not be good experience if you are the one who waiting in the outside of the bathroom. We understand that for a whole variety of reasons, you may want additional guests to stay in the place. In the event that you want additional guests to stay, please contact us to let us know.
