Our place is close to Stratton Ski Area, Jamaica State Park, Southern VT attractions, great views, parks, restaurants and dining. NOTE: We do NOT do long term rentals in the winter - under 2 weeks at most in the winter. We require a minimum week rental over the Dec. holidays. The space This contemporary design, cozy house sits high up in the woods on 10 acres off Pikes Falls Road between Stratton and Jamaica. The small house has three bedrooms - 2 with adjacent baths, and an additional bedroom with a single over full bunk bed. The bunk room is small and great for kids, but too small for 3 adults. This house has character and most renters want to come back - try our affordable rates and see for yourself! One IMPORTANT thing to note is that during Covid-19, you must bring your OWN sheets and towels. Or, if ranged in advance, you may use ours and wash them, or pay an additional fee for our cleaning person to do the laundry. The kitchen has been renovated with granite countertops, new cabinets, etc. Close to skiing, hiking, Jamaica State Park, shopping (e.g - a great country store in Jamaica, lots of outlets in nearby Manchester), great restaurants, or just sit by the wood stove and enjoy the peaceful, secluded setting with a great view!
