Book today! The space The house has two levels. Two bedrooms, full bathroom , living space and the kitchen are located on upper level with another two bedrooms, full bathroom and garage with utility room are downstairs. Couch in the living room can be transformed into flat double size bed. Kitchen has a microwave, toaster, slow cooker and a coffee maker. In the kitchen cabinets you can find cups, glasses, vine glasses, plates and utensils enough for your group. In the utility room you can use washer/dryer. Comfortable fit for 5 persons, if beds are shared can accommodate 8 Guest access Guests will be issued a 4-digits access code 3 days prior to check-in. The code can be used on keyless smart lock. Other things to note Please respect the privacy of our neighbors. No loud music or excessive noise between 10pm and 8am. No crazy parties or gatherings. If received complains from the neighbors or police the guests who violated the rules will be asked to vacate the house immediately without a refund. This is a smoking / drug free house.
