The space Casa Oliva is surrounded by the Hacienda Robles Vineyard growing the "Rhone Blend" vines of the Paso Robles area. Grenache, Syrah, Mouvedre and Zinfandel grapes border 3 sides of the house and the Organic Garden flanks the 4th side. Every detail of this 5-Star Guest House was meticulously planned and lovingly executed. Stroll the grounds, walk through the vineyard, or sink into the handmade willow chairs in the Oak Park and simply relax. As darkness approaches thousands of solar fairy lights illuminate the walking past and create a magical wonderland we like to call our own “Vin-Sorio”. Our Organic Garden is every changing with fruit, veggies, edible flowers and plenty of herbs. the fountain in the Garden is a popular destination for hummingbirds, finches, orioles and even the mystical hawk. Inside Casa Oliva, you have flatscreen Samsung Smart TV, but you will probably find yourself more captivated by the view from this "Tree House Haven." Sit back and watch the array of birds enjoy the shade of these stately oak trees. For a fitting soundtrack to accompany your getaway, listen to Spotify music on the Sonos Sound System or pop a provided LP on the turntable. Enjoy cooking in the fully outfitted kitchen, complete with olive themed serving ware, brand new appliances, granite counter tops and more. Cocoon in your king sized bed outfitted with exquisite linens, plenty of feather-and-down pillows, and down duvet. Sheets are Pima Cotton, wi-fi is strong, and bathrooms boast luxury spa robes, lush towels and locally made lush Fable Soap Skin and Hair Products. Forgot your toothpaste? We’ve got you covered! Each room offers a small toiletry basket with the basic essentials: toothpaste, mouthwash, shaving cream, shower caps, eye masks and even a sachet of our own dried lavender to put on your pillowcase. Reverse-osmosis filtered water throughout the house, Terrazzo floors, and high-end fixtures and decor complete the experience at Casa Oliva. A generous “Welcome Bounty” of our organic seasonal fruits and veggie, locally-sourced goodies, our own Casa Oliva Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and handcrafted Organic Herb-Infused Salts, along with a delicious bottle of Paso Wine, are left for you to enjoy. With approximately 3,000 Sq Ft of outside living space, the 2,000 Sq Ft Back Patio was designed to keep shade on the patio during the heat of day and allow the sun to warm it up in the late afternoon. This expansive patio has a 7 x 14 Endless Pool with Swim Current / Spa complete with 6 jets for hot tub soaking. There is a lighted waterfall feature to enjoy, as you soak in the warm water and the beauty of the oak and olive trees. Rinse off in the Outdoor Shower when you get out! At dusk, the Edison String lights, and candles will magically light as you listen to music on the outdoor speakers and admire the stars. If it gets a little brisk, light the designer-colored outdoor heaters. Enjoy cooking on the Viking Natural Gas Barbecue and dining at the outdoor table or gather under the stately oak tree on the ecologically designed bench. As the sun sets, head to the 900 Sq Ft Upper Deck which offers lovely views of Templeton's rolling hillsides and trees. Overlooking the garden you can watch the hummingbirds drink from the fountain. If it gets a little chilly, turn on the natural gas see-through fireplace and enjoy the quiet of this special and private deck. Delicious restaurants are close by. Or, if you prefer to cook your meals - inside or outside - an array of grocery stores and frequent Farmers Markets are minutes away.
