The house is 1 of 8 cottages located on Houghton Lake, a 22,000 acre all recreational lake with 150 feet of waterfront. Placed on the North Bay, it is a perfect getaway. Enjoy a beautiful lake view and a campfire at night! Many winter activities include ice fishing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and snow shoeing. Don't forget Houghton Lakes Tip Up Town USA the last 2 weekends of January! Note: only the house is open from November to May. The space The house has 3 bedrooms with 1 king, 1 queen and 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins) to accommodate 6-8 people. There is 1 full and a 1 half bath. An open floor plan of the kitchen/dining/living room area. The home is fully furnished with typical kitchen appliances plus a dishwasher and garbage disposal. A sliding door leads out to a year round sun room with a lake front view. WiFi, cable, and a DVD player are included. Other things to note The courtyard has a basketball pad, volleyball/badminton, swings, horseshoe pit and corn toss games. Balls and equipment provided.
